1. Order Processing

• Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

• You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeline

• We ship across India through trusted courier partners.

• Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days

  • Remote/Interior Locations: 7–10 business days

• Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping may be available on orders above 999/- INR.

• For orders below this amount, a flat shipping charge of 100/- INR will apply.

• Any promotional offers on shipping will be updated on our website.

4. Order Tracking

• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

• You can track your order status on our courier partner’s website using the tracking ID provided.

5. Delivery Attempts

• Our courier partner will make up to 2 attempts to deliver your package.

• If undelivered due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, the package may be returned to us. Reshipping charges will apply.

6. International Shipping

• Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only deliver within India.

• For bulk export inquiries, please contact us directly.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

• If your package arrives damaged, tampered, or with missing items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

• We will verify and take appropriate action (replacement/refund as per our Refund Policy).
